Jimmy Reed and Jackie Stewart Reed offer sound meditations to relax and nurture the innate mind-body connection as a modality to transform consciousness and improve well-being. Through attentive listening, participants are guided through a journey beyond the discursive thinking mind and into a clear state of PRESENCE. When daily thoughts are no longer a distraction, the residue that is left by busyness and stress is cleansed. This meditation is an invitation back to BEING and CREATIVITY. Come to relax and let go.
